Yes, all future Book Tours or Services you order will be added to your dashboard including previous book profile pages, tour images etc.

Yes you can, we actually encourage it. When the tour banners are ready, you will see them in your Dashboard and you will be able to download them

The bigger the better as we can always scale the images down. If the images are to small we will contact you and request the source file or ask for another image. Keep in mind digitally when you increase a very small image, the image becomes pix-elated and looses it’s quality. We use Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign. This also applies to book covers, character images, book logo etc.

A character interview is exactly what it sounds like. It’s when one of your book characters get’s interviewed. You are encouraged to create questions for your character that you would have to answer in return. We have created some Character Interview Questions for you as suggestions. You are welcome to use them. This then will be turned into a tour stop. Ideally you would want a picture of your character. This can be for any genre

Interview questions are very much like a live interview, but in this case it’s just online without the video. It’s another kind of tour stop. We have provided some interview question suggestions. These are available once you are able to login to your dashboard, in addition you will be provided with a document to fill out which will need to be submitted by email for the tour you have purchased.

If you have ever wrote a blog post before, you should have a pretty good idea of what that looks like. We ask that you choose topics. These will then turn into Guest Blog Posts for the tour stops. We have provided some suggestions for you, but ultimately you can create them yourself

We have the IWBT Rewards program. We offer a “Pay Per Post”  Cash payout per month. We also offer member monthly raffles.

The magazine tracks impressions, reads, average time spent reading, followers , likes and shares in the magazine generally. We do suggest the links you provide for any links to the book, social icons, your website etc. be your own Bit.ly links so you can track your links. If you are on the mailing list we will send out a general report by the end of the month so you can see the overall magazine statistics

Do I need to have my content edited professionally before submission?2016-01-04T11:40:15+00:00

No, you don’t need to have it professionally edited, but your content needs to be spelling and grammar free of mistakes and should be nicely written. All content that is submitted is professionally proofread before the issue launches. If the content is poorly written, too sales driven and has poor sentence structure, we will contact you by phone or email and suggest you re-write it. It is a good idea you have a friend, colleague or family member who can help you with this.

All sales are finals and non refundable. If this is a free ad, you may cancel your ad by the 26th day of the month

You will receive a receipt of the purchase immediately along with the next steps you should take. Within 24 hours or less you will be assigned user login access to your dashboard. Once logged into your dashboard there will be a tutorial overview on how to use your dashboard.

All tour stops are classified under GUEST BLOGS.

Currently we accept Paypal through store checkout. We also accept all major credit cards via the phone or an invoice can be generated to you by which there will be an option to pay securely by either paypal or credit card directly within that invoice.

IWBT will provide a  24- hour Client Portal Access for all Clients (paying Authors & Tour Hosts) that will be able to view all there invoices, credit note balances and yearly annual statements.

How long in advance do I need to schedule my book tour?2016-01-04T11:46:20+00:00

Ideally 2-3 weeks for tours that are 1-3 months,  but this can be less  depending on the caseload and your submission of tour docs.  Journey the Woods ( 1 year tours) This can take between 4- 8 weeks to prepare.

Can I get a list of the blogs before I pay?2018-05-19T13:18:40+00:00

Currently no as we have a database of tour hosts that is only view-able to Indie Woods Book Tours. All tour stops will be listed within your tour calendar via your dashboard. In addition all tour stops are listed in the “Book Tour Links”  document which will list all tour stops from most recent to previous tours you have with us. This document is also view-able within your dashboard
